And those who suffers from hangs in GTA 4 on ATI cards and especially MSI GX623 owners:
I discovered (tried Windows 7 64, 32 and Vista 64 with official drivers from MSI and latest beta drivers from ATI) that there are some hardware problems with ATI Mobility Radeon HD4670. It doesn't hold right memory clock speed of default 800 Mhz.
To solve this I've installed Rivatuner, enabled overclocking, but instead of actual overclocking I set default values of GPU.
